Brusatol Over İskemi Reperfüzyonu ile İndüklenmiş Over Dokusu Oksidatif Yaralanmasını Azaltır

Objective: In the scope of this study, it was tried to examine probable benefits brusatol against ovarian tissue injury originating from bilateral torsion/detorsion (T/D). Material and Methods: experimental animals were randomized 4 groups. Groups programmed as sham group I (control), II (T/D), III (DMSO+T/D) IV (Brusatol+T/D). Group I; abdomen region barbered, disinfected, opened by incision closed respectively, but no T/D model performed. II, described in I, after opening closing abdominal incision, 3 hours torsion applied followed a 3-hour detorsion. On contrary, application (group IV) reversed these values Conclusion: As conclusion, evaluated have protective effects T/D-induced rats.
